I attend as your representative \u2014 which means my loyalty is to you, not to a neutral process. You get a direct, honest report on what I see, not a standardised checklist designed to satisfy a certification requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If something is wrong, I tell you before the goods leave the factory \u2014 not after they arrive at your port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why I Can Represent You at the Factory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before becoming an independent sourcing consultant, I spent over 8 years as Operations Manager at A. Espersen A\/S Vietnam \u2014 a subsidiary of one of Europe&#8217;s largest whitefish processors, exporting cod and haddock to EU buyers and Japan. I managed production lines, handled buyer audits, dealt with non-conformances, and understood exactly what an international buyer&#8217;s QC team looks for when they walk into a Vietnamese seafood factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hold a degree in Aquatic Products Technology from Nha Trang University of Fisheries. I photograph everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Packing monitoring:<\/strong> For buyers with specific packaging requirements \u2014 individual weight, count per carton, label language, or cold chain compliance \u2014 I supervise the packing run against your spec sheet and flag deviations in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Container loading verification:<\/strong> I attend the loading and verify temperature before stuffing, loading pattern, and container seal.
