Common Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product and the supplier. Some specialty products (like basa bladder) can be sourced in smaller quantities; commodity products like shrimp or fillet typically require at least a partial container. Contact me with your volume and I’ll tell you what’s realistic.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Samples can usually be arranged freight collect or prepaid, depending on the supplier. I’ll coordinate this as part of the sourcing process.

What payment terms are typical?

Standard terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer) or L/C (letter of credit), negotiated directly between buyer and supplier. I don’t handle payment — my role is sourcing and quality oversight.

Can you source to a custom specification?

Yes. Most Vietnamese factories are used to working to buyer specs. Send me your tech sheet and I’ll identify suppliers who can meet it.

What export documents come with the shipment?

Standard export documentation includes a health certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, and packing list. Additional documents (catch certificate for EU, GACC registration for China, etc.) depend on the destination market — I’ll flag what’s needed for your shipment.
