I attend factory inspections in Vietnam as your representative. I am not a certification body and I do not issue official certificates. What I do: show up at the factory, check what matters to your order, document everything, and report back directly. You know what is happening before the container is sealed.

Why I Can Represent You at the Factory
Before becoming an independent sourcing consultant, I spent over 8 years as Operations Manager at A. Espersen A/S Vietnam — a subsidiary of one of Europe’s largest whitefish processors, exporting cod and haddock to EU buyers and Japan. I managed production lines, handled buyer audits, dealt with non-conformances, and understood exactly what an international buyer’s QC team looks for when they walk into a Vietnamese seafood factory.
I hold a degree in Aquatic Products Technology from Nha Trang University of Fisheries. I speak the language of the factory floor and the language of the international buyer — literally and operationally. When I attend a factory on your behalf, I know what to look for because I spent years on the other side of that table.

What I Check — and When
Pre-shipment inspection: I attend on the loading or packing day and verify spec compliance, net weight, packing format, label accuracy, and product condition against your purchase order. I photograph everything.
Packing monitoring: For buyers with specific packaging requirements — individual weight, count per carton, label language, or cold chain compliance — I supervise the packing run against your spec sheet and flag deviations in real time.
Container loading verification: I attend the loading and verify temperature before stuffing, loading pattern, and container seal. I send you the seal number and container photos before the vessel departs.
Factory walkthrough / supplier assessment: For buyers considering a new Vietnamese supplier, I can conduct a production line walkthrough to assess actual conditions — equipment, hygiene, cold chain, documentation practices — and give you a ground-level view before you commit to a trial order.

Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta provinces — the core of Vietnam’s seafood processing industry. This covers the major pangasius, shrimp, and fish skin processing clusters in An Giang, Dong Thap, Can Tho, Tien Giang, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
