I source vannamei and black tiger shrimp, plus crab, lobster and freshwater shrimp, from verified suppliers in my network, and I quote to the exact cut a buyer specifies rather than the nearest thing on hand.
Each supplier in my network carries a permanent code; full identity is disclosed to serious buyers under inquiry.
