What I Do — Aquatic Sourcing Consultancy

I work as a Vietnam seafood sourcing consultant, connecting international buyers with verified processors in Ho Chi Minh City. My role is to act on behalf of the buyer: finding the right source, attending factory inspections, evaluating quality against your spec, and managing supplier communication. I am not a supplier, not an exporter, and not a blind broker.

Products I Source

• Atlantic Cod Skin (MSC) — frozen block, collagen/gelatin grade. 200+ tons shipped to France, Thailand, Denmark
• Pangasius Skin — frozen block for collagen raw material. 700+ tons shipped to China
• Itoyori Surimi Grade SA — high-grade, Japanese standard. 150+ tons shipped to China
• Pangasius Fish Maw — dried (tubular, strip, flaky). High-value specialty for Hong Kong and China
• Pangasius Fillet (IQF) — white meat, Japan and EU grade
• Other: tilapia, shrimp, marine fish — on request

Why Work With Me

I spent 10 years as Operations Manager at Espersen Vietnam — one of Denmark's largest seafood groups. I know how Vietnamese seafood factories operate, what quality systems look like from the inside, and what European, Japanese and Hong Kong buyers expect.

Factory Inspection Service

I attend factory inspections on behalf of buyers across Vietnam. With a background in Aquatic Products Technology and years managing production at an EU-standard facility, I evaluate factories the way a quality manager does — not the way a trader does.

I currently work with buyers in Japan, France, Hong Kong, China and Thailand. My degree in Language Interpretation combined with 10 years in seafood operations means I communicate effectively across cultural and technical boundaries.
