Surimi work runs on grade consistency more than anything else. I source block surimi (itoyori and mixed white-fish bases) and finished surimi products like crab stick, through verified processors in my network, and I arrange sample runs before any buyer commits to a container.

Each supplier in my network carries a permanent code; full identity is disclosed to serious buyers under inquiry.
